The recommendations provided should be used in conjunction with the guidance and care of a registered healthcare professional. If you, the client, suspect you may have an ailment or illness that may require medical or specified attention, then you are encouraged to consult with a licensed health care physician or professional. Fit after 40 focuses on wellness and prevention of illness using nutritional, fitness and lifestyle recommendations to achieve optimal health. As a nutrition and fitness team, Fit after 40 primarily educates and motivates clients to assume more personal responsibility for their health by adopting a healthy attitude, lifestyle, and diet. You acknowledge that you understand that Fit after 40 is a health/fitness consultancy and not a medical practitioner, and that you should consult with your physician before starting any fitness and/or nutrition program. You accept all responsibility for your health changes during coaching and release any claims you may have against Fit after 40 for any illness, injuries or damages incurred in connection with, or as a result of the use or misuse of the coaching recommendations. Additionally, you promise to give Fit after 40 a complete and accurate account of any medical conditions that you may have and any medications that you are taking.
